What are Type A and Type C barricade lights, and where do they go?

Type A is a low intensity flashing light for marking a hazard or the end of a barricade at night, and Type C is a steady burn light for marking the edge of a lane or a run of barricades through a work zone. They bolt or clip onto most standard barricades and run on batteries, so you add one anywhere a barricade needs to be seen in low light.
