    This 28”, Single Collared, 7lb., Heavy Duty Traffic Cone is strong and flexible in even the most extreme heat or cold. This ultra-durable cone easily stands up to the challenges of adverse weather and road conditions. The brilliant, fluorescent, red-orange color is visible from any angle, day or night. The specially designed, cleated base prevents the cones from sticking together when stacked, allowing for easy set up and storage. This cleated base firmly grips the road and won't allow the cone to be easily blown over.
